What is Aerial Perspective? It is an artist's method of creating the illusion of depth in an artwork. The largest things are at the bottom and they get smaller and lighter in color as you go up to the top of the page. This is because it is hard for our eyes to see things at a distance. For example the trees at the bottom, or foreground, are taller than the trees in the background. Enjoy creating many seasonal versions of a Grandma Moses Springtime Landscape with the coloring page.
